Data processing agreement (template)

This template is for a hospital or clinic (the controller) that uses Meridova as a processor of patient and staff data entered in a workspace. It is not executed until both parties sign a version counsel has reviewed.
Processing is limited to providing the hosted software: storing records, authenticating users, writing audit logs, and sending transactional email the controller triggers. Meridova does not sell patient data and does not use it for advertising.
Subprocessors are listed on /legal/subprocessors. A change of subprocessors will be notified to the workspace owner. Questions: sales@meridovahealth.com.
